This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing design and manufacturing business based in Powys. They are looking for someone who will be able to take a strong stance within their Project team and Manage that team efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design/delivery department
• Assign designers to projects/ manage work loading
• Launch projects
• Check timesheets – hour/cost tracking
• Liaise with purchasing, customers and other departments as required.
• CPD and team development
• Continuous improvement
• Responsible for the delivery process.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience within an engineering operation is probably essential
