A multi–disciplinary real estate consultancy, operating from a national network of offices requires a Project Manager to join their growing team in their London Office – City Location. The company is experiencing significant growth through development and acquisition both in the London team and across the UK. You will always have a varied and interesting workload, and at times you'll be working on some of the most prestigious buildings in London.

The Project Management team has developed from the Building Consultancy team and they are heavily focusing on growth in 2022 – both as a team and for you individually. Many of the surveying colleagues have been with the company for many years, and this company remains an LLP, meaning in time the opportunity is there for you to become an equity partner in the long term.

The team work on a good mix of projects in both fit–out and new development. They also work across a wide range of sectors including resi, commercial, offices, hotels, healthcare and retail.

To be eligible for this role you will ideally have a professional qualification (MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM). Additionally, you must be self–motivated with a strong knowledge of construction Project Management in a Consultancy environment. You will also need excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team.

In exchange for this there is a very competitive salary up to GBP80,000 (DOE) + benefits + generous bonus.
