FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a well–respected mid tier pan–European PE investment group to assist with the recruitment of a CFO for a newly acquired UK Retail and Ecommerce businessesWorking closely with the UK Managing Director and PE Investors, The purpose of the role is to be a key member of the executive team responsible for the ongoing growth and success of the business.
The role requires strong leadership and first–class influencing skills.
Responsibilities will include:Running the finance, accounting, IT, tax and legal functionsSupporting on M&A activityDeveloping the functions to support the needs of a fast growing and expanding businessPlaying an active role in managing customer and supplier relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to enhance gross marginEvaluating investment opportunities and ad hoc projects as requiredWorking with the private equity investor to deliver a successful exit

The new CFO will have:
