12 Month FTC – Change Manager – Hybrid w/ Nationwide Travel – GBP60,000 / GBP80,000 DOEYour new companyYour new job as will be a Change Manager at one of the largest Insurance Brokers in the world; With multinational offices and more than 35,000 employees. This specific role will be a Hybrid setup with 2 days per week split across the companies' offices (London / Manchester / Leeds / Birmingham / Norwich)Your new roleThis role will be a hands–on Change Management position in which you will be responsible for implementing change strategy within the growing division, working with relevant stakeholders to embed change within the business focusing on how individuals and teams react, then adapting when necessary.What you'll need to succeed

• Change management experience overseeing small to medium size projects within a multicultural and multisite environment
• Demonstrated ability in driving small to medium size projects within an Insurance / Financial Market setting
• Experience in stakeholder management, maintaining project budgets & timeframes, review, and resolution of project issues
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
