Solicitor/Barrister
A hospital in Central London is looking for a qualified solicitor or barrister to join them ASAP, on a temporary/contractor basis, for 3-6 months, to provide support with the following responsibilities:
As this is a temporary role to start ASAP, they are looking for applicants with no more than 2 weeks' notice period.
The band of pay for this role is £55,903 per annum - £61,996 per annum.

- Provide legal advice to clinical and non-clinical teams relating to the lawful care of patients
- Legal matters you will advise on will include: inquests, applications to the Court of Protection, DOLS/consent/mental health
- Litigation (including running your own cases)
