A new opportunity has arisen for a senior contentious probate solicitor to join this L500 rated West Midlands firm.
The role can be based in Birmingham or Solihull and the firm are well known for being a market leader in private client areas and dealing with high quality work.
Working alongside leading solicitors, you will handle a mixed caseload including disputes between beneficiaries and executors or trustees regarding the performance of their duties and the administration of estates of trusts. You will also supervise more junior members of the team.
You will take responsibility for business development, networking and helping to grow the team.
Ideally, you will be ACTAPS qualified but this is not essential.
