Property Management Director

My client is a top 5 international property consultancy who needs a Director level Property Management Surveyor to join their thriving and well established Birmingham Property Management Team. This team manages a complex and high–value portfolio of major regional developments and well–known local estates. A top 5 international property and real–estate consultancy firm with offices throughout the world and the UK. The Birmingham office enjoys an excellent reputation and a high–class working environment. The Property Management team is now seeking either an experienced Director or an experienced AD looking to progress. This is to facilitate high work–load and consistent growth which is excellent in the face of a down–turning economy, which really hasn't had an impact on this team and consultancy.

Description

This property management role will incorporate day to day and portfolio management surveying of profound local estates, developments, and a rich mixture of client commercial and residential assets. The exact nature of this Director posts remit is largely TBD to accommodate for the businesses needs at this moment in time. Experience with business development, client management, property and asset management will all be valuable for this role as well as some experience with people management and coaching of junior colleagues.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be fully MRICS and extensively experienced with Property Management at property consultancies. This applies to either an experienced Director/Partner looking for a move or a step–up in terms of firms, or for an experienced AD looking to progress to Directorship. Salaries will range for your experience but the client is fully flexible with acknowledging market rates. The success candidate will be willing and committed to working from an office in a sociable team environment.

Job Offer

A competitive salary which can range from GBP60K to anything upwards of GBP80K depending on a candidate's experience. This role also offers a Director role that can input on wider team and business strategy and assisting in the development of junior team members keeping the role interesting. Progression is always an option as Directors can progress into Principle Surveyor posts.
