A leading medical device manufacturer are looking for a quality manager on an interim basis to lead their compliance to ISO 13485, support projects. The role will be responsible for leading audits and working with customers.

Description
The Medical Quality Manager will be primarily responsible for maintaining Quality Compliance and ensuring that the QMS is adequately updated to maintain the ISO 13485 certification and MDR 2002 compliance at the forthcoming re–certification assessment in August 2023.Responsible for maintaining and managing the internal and external auditing function and auditing processes, maintaining the Company's recognised standards, including managing the readiness to respond to customer audits.
Responsible for the leading, developing and improving measuring and monitoring of manufacturing and quality performance against agreed KPI's and ensuring that changes are implemented effectively.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in quality assurance, engineering or scientific discipline.You will demonstrates knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA and controlled environmental standards. Ideally you will have six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing or Quality Management principles qualification and be a Lead Quality Auditor.
