Our well–established, nationally recognised and successful client is seeking an ambitious and passionate Head of Lettings to join their thriving team. If you have a proven track record and are looking to take the next step in your career Look no further.

Working hours:

• Monday – Saturday with day in lieu or Monday – Friday alternative Saturdays

The successful Head of Lettings will be offered:

• Basic GBP50,000
• OTE GBP90,000

To be considered for the Head of Lettings role you must have the following:

• 2–3+ years of successful industry experience
• Enthusiastic
• Management experience
• An ambitious and dedicated attitude
• Passionate and hardworking
• Proven track record
• Driving license

As a Head of Lettings, your role will involve:

• Conducting viewings
• Set up and head lettings division.
• Dealing with rental chargers
• Managing new build developments
• Dealing with tenants
• Move–ins Liaising with landlords.
• Deal with accounts Helping grow the division
