Up to GBP67k starting salary

Are you an experienced Head of Pay & Benefits within the Facilities industry? Are you looking for your next challenge? If so, read on.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Head of Pay & Benefits to join them on a permanent basis in their West Sussex offices

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the payroll for employees

Supporting the migration of business units onto the new payroll software

Designing and implementing a new pay & benefits strategy for UK employees

Managing benefits campaigns

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience within Pay & Benefits/Pay & Rewards role

Extensive HR experience

Strong Project Management skills

Be savvy–minded and analytical
