HR Business Partner GBP60,000 Head office Dorset – flexible working

A Day in the Life or the HR Business Partner. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will take ownership of all cases within your allocated areas of the business, managing casework and projects relating to discipline, grievance, bullying and harassment, mediation, absence management, engagement, capability and organisational change. Reporting into the Lead HRBP, you'll strive to provide proactive support to line managers for all day–to–day operational issues, by building effective and trusting connections. You will have experience of partnering within a large complex organisation ideally with both salaried and weekly/hourly paid employees. Professional and credible style with think–do–think mindset. A varied mix of both education and hands partnering. You'll be someone who lives and breathes the brand. This is a big one – everyone knows them. You'll know what it takes to develop a strong EVP, and be able to bring your expertise into what true business partnering looks like.
