Junior HR Business Partner

A great opportunity for a Junior HRBP to join the team and work alongside the Head of HR to provide a high–quality service to the London based population whilst working collectively across all HR Global projects providing exposure and continuous upskilling opportunities within different areas such as DE&I, L&D, and recruitment.

As the Junior HR Business Partner for the London office this role will:

• Provide day to day support for employees and managers on HR matters alongside the Head of HR.
• Support the recruitment cycle across a variety of teams with a focus on recruitment sourcing.
• Actively participate in the onboarding process.
• Outsourced Payroll & Benefit management
• Help handle employee relations counselling and exit interviewing.
• Manage immigration/relocation processes.
• Assisting with the annual year–end processes
• Contribute to develop HR projects such as grad Programmes.
• Assist in developing and administering training programs for managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Work with the internal HR systems to maintain human resource information records and create reports.
• Continually work with the population alongside the Head of HR, ensuring that they are retained to be successful within the firm.

This is a hands–on all–encompassing and administrative role and will require you to operate with confidence at a strategic and operational level to engage with HR and senior stakeholders.

Ideally you will have experience within an HR generalist/advisory role with a keen interest to focus on various projects around recruitment, DE&I and L&D. Experience gained within Financial Services or a similar head office environment is preferred.
