Interim Project Accountant

Newly created role suitable for candidates on an interim/permanent basis Hybrid role across South & West Yorkshire c 3 – 6 months temporary opportunityAbout the ClientA newly formed multi–academy trust based in Yorkshire.What you'll be doing As an Interim Project Accountant your role will be to consolidate separate financial legal entities for schools including pulling together financial statements. You will pull off school trial balances, analyse them and recode to the chart of accounts. You'll be extracting data on an individual school by school basis and will then produce the data on an excel spreadsheet.The Successful Applicant:To be successfully considered for this role, candidates will possess the following skills and experience Part Qualified accountant – ACCA / ACA / CIMA / CIPFA or qualified by experience ideally with experience gained within education finance What's on Offer A competitive daily rate depending upon relevant experience Flexible working and hybrid working available, but with regular site meetings in person across the South and West Yorkshire region, although around 80–90% homebased/remote working.
