The roleWe are recruiting for a Project Manager within Construction to support the Major Projects team delivering project across our MoJ and MoD contracts.The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Construction Managers across the regional area while taking a lead on developing client relationships, ensuring delivery against cost and managing subcontractor performance while developing the pipeline of works to achieve our targets & required margin. The successful candidate will naturally partner with our client, have previous commercial refurbishment knowledge backed up by technical qualifications. They will have previously managed performance of other construction managers as well as leading simultaneous projects on a regional patch.Could this be for you?
