Due to our clients growing and diverse portfolio an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

With a strong pipeline workload comprising of projects within the residential sector a successful candidate would be pivotal in offering project management and development expertise to cover the whole project lifecycle.

You would be expected to work closely with the Directors to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and meeting the Clients expectations.

A suitable candidate would preferably be:

• Member of RICS and/or APM (desirable).
• Experienced in both project and professional work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate competently and confidently particularly with clients.
• You will be a positive, organised, dynamic professional who is output driven.
