We have a great opportunity for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to step away from a generalist role and work on a number of key HR projects for 6 to 9 months.
Working for a large NHS organisation you will work on projects specifically responsible for supporting work around the harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment and legacy local pay agreements so it is essential that you have NHS experience to the complexities associated with this work.
This is an exciting role to take on some programmes of work that will have a huge impact organisation wide
This organisation offers EXCELLENT flexible working and this role can be worked mostly from home with the requirement to attend the occasional meeting on site in Sussex (no more than once or twice a month)
To be considered you need substantial knowledge and experience of negotiating and delivering change management projects including experience of changing complex NHS Terms & Conditions of Service in a unionised environment
You also need to be available to start as soon as possible (within a week or 2 maximum)
