What you'll be doing

As a/an Electrical Project Manager, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Monitoring and implementing the key contractual elements of the project against budget and programme, being Client facing with regards to programme/progress/design issues and responsible for the integration and dissemination of design changes and reporting on programme implications.
  • Creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for construction projects
  • Oversees the timely issue of Early Warnings and Compensation Events, ensures that all change/entitlement is awarded/recovered.
  • Ensure that tender margin is achieved/exceeded
  • To lead by example and ensure Senior Management Safety Tours are undertaken at least every month with a visible HSES Leadership shadow cast.
  • Establish and manage client and team member expectations.
  • Lead the subcontract strategy and procurement for the project ensuring all quality requirements are defined as per customer requirements
  • Monitor and manage productivity
  • Develops documents and maintains the delivery process and coordinate same with SOP.

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

  • B.S. in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred along with extensive experience. Depending upon the project size, scope, and complexity the years of experience may vary.
