We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to work in local government for a London Borough and provide expert HR support to around 30 schools.
Your role will be to support to schools on the full range of human resources issues including: TUPE, organisational change, redundancy, redeployment, complex case management, employment tribunals, industrial action, disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, ill health retirement, recruitment, pay and terms and conditions of employment
You will plan the work for your allocated schools to ensure that deadlines are met, priorities are identified and delivered and, where problems or concerns arise, to resolve these quickly and effectively with the schools concerned.
Whilst this a rounded HR BP role, there will be a focus on managing change projects so experience in this area is essential.
To be considered you must also have experience working as an HR Business Partner supporting schools.
This is a fixed term contract of 1 year working 36 hours a week on a hybrid basis with the requirement to be on site 2 or 3 days a week
