Role: Business development manager
Salary: 60,000 – 65,000 plus car allowance
Location: Office based in Hampshire, Meetings and clients will mostly be London area's, working from home/ remote working will be considered for the right candidate.
Our client, a Market leading infrastructure and rail specialists, have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Business Development Manager.
The role:
To identify and secure business opportunities in line with the corporate business plan and annual sales targets and contribute to the sales (orders) process for the company. To sit alongside the bid manager and pre–contract teams in the preparation of high quality, high impact offerings and assist in the selling of such offerings as necessary, up to the point of securing an order. Marketing and selling of the business in line with the corporate business plan.
The candidate must have:
Full UK Driving Licence
Standard of Education that demonstrates articulacy and ability to grasp technical matters
Related Sales experience and market knowledge
Experience of similar work in the construction industry
Experience in Structural Steelwork/ Architectural Metal work / Rail Sector
