The Vacancy
Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join them as a HR Business Partner on a 12–month fixed term contract. The incumbent will join a friendly, well–established, and highly capable HR and Payroll team who are looking forward to welcoming their newest team member!
The successful incumbent will need to be proficient in the end–to–end employment lifecycle, with specific expertise in recruitment, employee relations and learning and development. This is a true generalist HR role where literally no two days are the same so you may be involved in managing a complex ER case and then leading a recruitment campaign the next: or simultaneously!
You will need to have excellent relationship management skills to effectively partner with their leaders across the business to understand the needs of the customer and translate requirements into pragmatic HR solutions. They are a diverse organisation so being able to adapt your style depending on your customer group is key as this role interacts with a range of different employees, as well as both professional and operational business functions.
They are looking for someone who has a strong ethos of providing quality HR services and solutions to the organisation, who is prepared to challenge the status quo in a way that engages customers and stakeholders and takes professional pride in bringing their knowledge, experience, and expertise to support and develop the HR service delivery to achieve the 23/24 service plan.
If this sounds like the role for you, they would love to hear from you to provide them with an opportunity to tell you what you will get in return for all this!
Note: the successful incumbent will need to live ideally within a 1 hour's commute of Peterborough to be able to visit their premises to fulfil the duties of this role.
