This position is a temporary maternity cover for one year taking over the following responsibilities:
Getting the greatest talents on board: Manage & coordinate full–lifecycle recruiting processes for all our business areas, from junior to senior hires
Attracting Top–Talent: Oversee and ensure excellent candidate experience and support employer branding activities
Actively source talent: As you know where the best talent is found, active sourcing is your daily routine
Internal & External relationship management: Be it with agencies or internal stakeholders – you are keen to develop strong relationships and effectively communicate at all levels of the recruiting process
Ensure recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up to date and accurate
Actively steer recruitment projects such as e.g. hiring manager training
Your powerful skills
Min. 3 years recruiting experience preferably in a fast–paced environment
Excellent (English) verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Strong level of self–drive and 'can do' attitude as well as ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time–management skills
Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
Flexibility & openness for travel, particularly around peak recruiting season and planning weeks
Proficiency in various Windows programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Advantageous, but not a must
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies
