About the role
Providing support to the CIO in the day–to–day management of their business, which encompasses both administrative and organizational tasks. You will also work closely with staff who interact with the CIO and members of the Senior Management Team within Digital & Technology. Providing full PA support to the Transform & Run Director including diary management, expenses and ad hoc support to team will also be part of this role.
- Co–ordinating information and business flows as necessary, orchestration of the CIO's office facilities
- Manage the accessibility to CIO and senior leaders' complex diary – set up relevant arrangements and meetings, appointments
- Organize conferences, workshops and events at both a domestic and international level, including travel arrangements and visas for senior leadership team
- Manage Global Distribution lists and keep comms up to date
- Provide cover to PA's within D&T and across Global Functions as and when required
- Compose written and email correspondence, compiling and conveying information clearly in a concise written style
- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries of the CIO
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with key external/ internal stakeholders and build cross–functional network within the peer group
- Manage and co–ordinate ad–hoc administrative tasks and project management work and research as appropriate

What you'll bring
- College/University degree would be an advantage
- Experience in a Team Assistant or PA role at senior level, preferably within IT environment
- Fluent English – additional language skills are a benefit
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Ability to work independently, excellent time management, able to set priorities in an agile environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, experience with using Power Point and preparing presentations, reports & spreadsheets
- Excellent interpersonal skills, continuous improvement mindset, proactive attitude
