My client, in the education sector seeks an ambitious and experienced HR Director to work with the Executive Director to provide an efficient and accurate Human Resources service to all school stakeholders across the Trust.
The trust is an outstanding Secondary School in Kingston, Surrey which opened for the first time in 2015 with a cohort of Year 7 pupils and now have over 1000 pupils across the seven year groups from year 7 to year 13.

Experience
- Previous experience in effective management and implementation of all parts of the HR agenda, including recruitment, employee engagement, pay, reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, HR systems/budgets and administration;
- Ideally experience of working in a school or similar establishment;
- Diplomatic and negotiation skills;
- Ability to lead and manage a small team;
- Ideally an accreditation from the CIPD or a BA in HR management, Psychology or a Business related subject.
