A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the Change Community of Practice (CTO) as a Business Analysis and Change Manager. Here you'll play a key role in ensuring that projects (change initiatives), meet objectives on time and by ensuring the Implementation of change is delivered smoothly whilst utilising Santander methodology.

You'll also focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. A key area of focus will be the creation and rolling out of change management implementation plans that ensure successful delivery, maximise employee/customer adoption and usage whilst minimising any resistance to change.

  • Applying a structured methodology and leading change / project management activities

  • Assessing the impact of change

  • Supporting Monitor Testing Assessments

  • Supporting communication and training efforts

What you'll bring.

  • Experience in business analysis and/or change management

  • Experience in Programme/Project Management and stakeholder management at all levels

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience in working from a hybrid approach such as Agile or Waterfall

  • Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment

  • Ability to manage teams

  • Experience working in a financial services environment

What else you need to know.

This role is currently Milton Keynes based/Home based, but you will be expected to attend the Milton Keynes office 2–3 days per week.
