We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Change Community of Practice within the Transformation Team. The role will be based in Milton Keynes.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and co–ordination of prioritised projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that the project goals and benefits are delivered to the agreed Business Case.
You'll also act as a coach and role model for a few more junior colleagues, helping to ensure that Santander is fighting fit for the future.

Supporting central PMO activities including project prioritisation, analyses and input to portfolio management MI production and resource management.
Delivering on Business Case goals by implementing change to achieve desired benefits.
Ensuring robust application of risk and issue management and standards to adhere to the I AM RISK principles
Developing and coaching a range of colleagues within project teams to realise their full potential and enhance business performance.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders' relationships to enhance 2–way communication and support the successful execution of objectives.
What you'll bring.
Sound knowledge of programme management, with experience in project / programme teams that delivered successfully.
Develop, implement, and monitor development pathways for junior colleagues and fostering future talent
It would also be nice for you to have.
Evidential experience working in Financial Services sector
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Planview, Wave, CMT, Clarity etc.).
Excellent use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
PRINCE 2 practitioner or PMP certification.
