Solicitor / Lawyer - Contentious Probate

One of Plymouth's most modern, progressive and exciting law firms are looking to recruit a Contentious Probate Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team, to work as their sole specialist within this field. The role will focus on contentious trust and probate matters, reporting to the Head of Team. The role will also include providing support to the Wills, Trust and Probate Team on matters of dispute which arise with their clients. Although the role s main focus will be on contentious trust and probate matters, it may be required from time to time that you will provide assistance with general commercial disputes where capacity necessitates this within the Dispute Resolution Team.

Skills and experience required:

• Existing ACTAPS membership
• Circa 3 years + PQE
• Previous experience of working on contentious probate and trust matters
• A driven work ethic with emphasis placed on providing exceptional quality of service to clients.
