Solicitor / Lawyer - Property Litigation
One of Plymouth's top law firms are looking to recruit a Property Litigation Lawyer to help grow the volume of property litigation work for their busy, modern and successful team. I believe this firm has a unique position in the Plymouth market, being a medium–sized firm who have a modern, forward–thinking and innovative approach to business. This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys a dynamic, yet friendly team environment. It is necessary to have previous experience working within property litigation including experience in handling matters relating to landlord & tenant, freehold & leasehold, development, land registration, dilapidation claims and contract litigation.
Experience and skills required:
- Circa 5 years + PQE
- Property Litigation experience
- A dynamic and hard–working approach
