Netwirking Recruitment are working alongside an established Care Home who are searching for an experienced Internal Recruitment Partner You will be organised, able to handle multiple tasks, can work within tight deadlines, have excellent IT skills and, above all, be able to attract top talent.
This role does offer fully remote working however you will be expected on the rare occasion to travel to their head office based in Harrogate and potential other care homes.
You will provide exceptional recruitment support to their care homes to attract and recruit the highest calibre candidates, recruitment of operational staff within the
Support Centre and supporting the Head of Recruitment to implement the recruitment strategy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the internal recruitment team to fill volume vacancies within the care homes.
- Responsible for assessing applications for specific roles, progressing applications forward or rejecting those not meeting the criteria.
- First level screening of and CV sifting, shortlisting relevant candidates.
- Working with Hiring Managers for Support Centre roles – role briefings, arranging interviews, feedback and offer management.
- Work cohesively with HR colleagues and Operations Directors to support their recruitment goals.
- Work with the care homes and build relationships with Home Managers and Home Administrators to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Leading weekly recruitment meetings with the Care Homes to report on vacancy activity, vacancies filled, hard to fill roles.
- Utilise job boards and various social media methods to attract talent.
- Developing and implementing new and innovate methods of candidate attraction.
- Creating engaging and accurate adverts to attract suitable candidates.
- Liaising with and management of recruitment agencies on the PSL.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement the resourcing/talent.

- Preferably coming from an internal background.
- Experience of working in Healthcare Recruitment will be advantageous.
- Excellent people skills must have an ability to enthuse.
- You must be able to work under pressure.
- Well organised.
- Reliable.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good IT skills.
