Technical Project Manager

• Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead Skills (Risk/Dependency Management, Progress Tracking vs Roadmap, Communication Skills (Written, Verbal)
• Overseeing delivery of 3 product teams and 1/2 projects; leading Scrum of Scrums 3 x per week to ensure regular communication between teams and up to senior stakeholders
• Budget Management (Monthly/Quarterly vendor approvals, team spent approvals vs forecast, regularly maintain resource tracker)
• Coaching / Supporting Scrum Masters/Technical Program Managers/Project Managers
• Support in Facilitation of Quarterly PI Planning
• Driving and improving ways of working for the Product Group
• Supporting Head of Product (and Engineering Lead) in defining and scoring OKRs, prioritizing initiatives, communicating to Portfolio Leads on progress/risks etc
• Helping onboard new joiners
• Support Portfolio Delivery Lead in improving ways of working for the Portfolio (and other Product Groups)

Essential requirements

Strong Stakeholder Management skills

Reporting to portfolio leads.

Responsible for team structure/ resourcing.

Retail experience due to the pace of delivery and needing to understand the retail environment to land quickly

Background in commercial roles/projects would be preferable.
