The successful candidate will have risk and compliance experience, ideally within an International law firm. They will have experience of managing a team, and be comfortable working under pressure. Knowledge and experience working with AML legislation, SRA regulations and anti-terrorism is essential for this role.
In addition to this, experience working with GDPR and Intapp open is highly desirable.

- Managing the compliance team, allocating responsibilities as required
- Delivering training to the rest of the team and other offices on regulatory developments
- Designing and implementing project plans
- Working closely with Directors and key stakeholders
- Ensuring the maintenance of up to date policies in line with regulations
- Reporting on a regular basis to the Director of Risk and Compliance
- Assisting with projects and on-boarding duties where required
