Commercial Property Lawyer
A local authority shared service based in London is seeking a commercial property lawyer for an initial period of 3 months.
The successful commercial property lawyer will be required to have experience in the following areas:
Candidates must have a current practising certificate in order to be considered for the role.

- Licences to assign,

- Resolution of title issues and,
- Squatters rights.
