- Build and maintain budget and forecast with consideration to volume, variable cost, staffing costs and other direct operational expense
- Quarterly validation and bridge to original budget, understanding where the risks are in previous assumptions and how to improve the accuracy of budgeting moving forward
- Understanding target markets, achievable profit margins
- Clear understanding of risks to P&L
- Understanding of productivity drivers and working closely with execution teams to refine efficiency
- Look for growth opportunities continually to maximize income potential
- Support development and review of strategic initiatives
- Help with or create financial modelling where necessary
Profile
- Qualified accountant or QBE
- Business partnering experience
- Confident character able to work and build rapport with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders
Job Offer
