Recruitment Business Partner

Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role is working 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Thursday and 8.30am – 3.45pm Friday and is offering a salary up to 50,000 + up to 10% performance related bonus with an excellent competitive benefits package including 10% non–contributory pension scheme, sick pay, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays and flexible hybrid working options.

Based in Thatcham, Berkshire with occasional travel.

Responsibilities will involve:

• Management of the full 360 recruitment process including sourcing, shortlisting, screening, pipelining, and talent pooling
• Lead vacancy briefs with hiring managers to scope vacancy requirements
• Direct sourcing utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and job boards
• Attend careers events and other key events to raise profile as an employer of choice
• Writing and distributing engaging job advertisements
• Coaching and supporting managers throughout the recruitment process
• Overseeing the preboarding, onboarding and induction process of new starters
