Knowledge and experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Certified SAFe

Significant Experience as a Scrum Master in a large scale project. Large scale is essential

Knowledge and demonstrated experience of flow framework and metrics

Proven experience establishing high performing agile teams

Proven stakeholder management skills

You'll be the Servant Leader for the development team. working with a creative team developing solutions for new and existing platforms. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand–ups, planning, retrospectives and reviews/demos).

Collaborating with your Product Owner and the development team to shape the product vision and roadmap.

Depending on your project you may present the development team status at Agile Release Train sync meetings to the Release Train Engineer and other scrum teams.

You will be leading a development team that may be dispersed geographically and / or organisationally
