This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP / HR Manager to join an industry leading organisation in a standalone role owning the UK HR function of circa 80 people.

Your primary responsibility is managing the day–to–day HR function which will include implementing and executing policies and processes, recruitment and guiding the leadership team through all HR matters. In addition, you will manage a small team covering payroll and office coordination.

Ideally Level 5 CIPD qualified with a people centric approach, dynamic, resilient and positive character traits are essential. An interest in psychometrics would be beneficial.
