HR Business Partner Maternity Cover Hybrid
Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable HR Business Partner to join our team hybrid working in Banbury, Oxfordshire. You will join us on a full time, 12 month maternity cover contract and in return, you will receive a salary of GBP45,000 pro rata plus car allowance and benefits.

As our HR Business Partner, you will partner with the relevant business area, help shape people's decisions; roll out activity, and coordinate and feedback to the relevant HR Teams to drive policy decisions.
Your responsibilities as our HR Business Partner will include:
- Building relevant people plans and priorities with key business areas
- Working with individual business areas to ensure organisation and team design is relevant and fit for purpose based on business plans. This will also include ensuring there is clear accountability for roles within the teams
- Understanding and working with People Managers to design, plan and implement the people elements of key Business Change projects
- Driving and implementing performance management within the teams working with People Managers
- Working with business leaders to help define recruitment requirements i.e. the standard approach to be used in that area
- Supporting Comms and Engagement implementation activity within the teams for example: Peakon, review and action plan
- In line with Broader HR Plan, collaborating with Centres of Excellence (CoE) on key people deliverables
- Coaching people managers to develop knowledge and good performance management practice and further embed the PM processes
- Assisting the Head of HR Partnering to work with the Reward and HR Ops teams to strategise local pay and benefits activities
- Working with Heads of Functions to resource plan/pipeline and manage Headcount budgets where relevant
- Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training
What we are looking for in our ideal HR Business Partner:
- UK CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong generalist
- Practical hands on experience
- Previous experience in covering a Regional role is desirable
