Interim Recruiter

We are recruiting a new role as Interim Talent Acquisition Manager for a global charity for an initial 6 month contract . Your role will be to ensure the robust sourcing of talent for key roles within our numerous country locations worldwide. Working as part of our Talent team, you will support our overall Talent Acquisition strategy and be responsible for the sourcing and selection of employees which represent circa 50 appointments per year.

Reporting into our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will provide strategic support to management of our critical roles, sourcing and pre–selection of candidates, providing quality talent shortlists and supporting hiring managers. Working proactively, you will help build a pipeline of talent activities including headhunting so we can respond quickly with well qualified, credible and engaged candidates, whilst actively supporting gender diversity and inclusion within all recruitment activities. There will an external focus to your role, through building brand engagement, maintaining a professional external image and engaging with external networks across our sector to build the reputation of the organisation and help build talent pipelines for future roles.
