You re probably an experienced trainer, in your current role you have designed some new programmes from scratch, but you re now at the point of iteration, not innovation, and need a new challenge. This business are in the early stages of transforming their learning offering, so are looking for a well–rounded, credible trainer to bring their expertise and support the ongoing development of the L&D service.

You ll be joining an emerging L&D function that saw heavy investment through 2022, with several new roles being introduced to the team, as a concerted effort is made to build a new learning offering. Reporting to the L&D Lead, the L&D Partner will focus on raising capability across systems, customer service and product, as well as overseeing the induction cycle.
You will oversee the entire cycle needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation for your key subject areas. There is an existing framework which you will take on to find your feet in the business and get into a routine of delivering for the business but will be expected to be forthcoming in suggestion for enhancement or change. You will work closely with the digital learning team to ensure a seamless blended approach. Delivery will be face to face primarily, with few sessions being delivery virtually. If you re not delivering, you ll most likely be working from home or meeting with the rest of the L&D/ HR team.
What experience do you need to be considered?
You ll have to be a solid trainer with experience in design and delivery, and ideally have a bit of breadth in the type of training you have delivered i.e. inductions, systems, customer service, sales, regulatory or process training. You must be comfortable delivering in a face–to–face environment, to stakeholders in a professional setting. Given the nature of the role and the start–up like environment you ll be going into, you ll need to be a proactive individual, looking to get involved and influence the agenda and take ownership of key areas of the L&D strategy. You will ideally have experience in a range of environments and/or businesses but will have had some experience in a financial services or other similarly regulated environment.
