Excellent new opportunity for an NQ real estate lawyer to join this leading international law firm in Birmingham.
Our client has a market leading reputation for real estate work with a very successful Birmingham based partner led offering. The team's expertise is broad ranging but is particularly well known for their track record of advising on investment and development projects of national renown.
Due to an influx of new instructions, the firm seeks to appoint an additional NQ solicitor to join the team. Working on behalf of a range of clients including developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with substantial property interests, you'll be responsible for advising on a mix of City quality real estate work (development, acquisitions, disposals, investment property work etc) appropriate to your level of experience.
An excellent opportunity offering a great mix of interesting work, hybrid / flexible working, no "long hours" culture, and exciting long-term prospects, this role would suit a 2022 qualifier (recently admitted or due to be admitted later in the year) with at least one commercial real estate seat and having trained with another recognised firm.
