WasteRecruit has been retained by a membership organisation to support the recruitment of a commercial manager to take on the role of Head of Business Development.
The role will take the lead on all commercial activities, generating new clients for a membership organisation. Focussing on training and development, this organisation works nationally to support members within the resource management sector.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of strategic relationship development and sales success. Candidates will need line management experience, and be confident in managing their pipeline and presenting to prospective clients. Candidates will be able to identify opportunities, and then work with them to ensure both the customer and the membership organisation maximise the potential of that relationship.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone with experience working in a membership organisation, or with sound sales/account management experience in a service sector.
