Location: London – near Greenwich Station.

Basic: 40,000 – 50,000 + OTE 40,000

The Role: A growing business name in the conferences industry is looking for an experienced, dynamic and proactive Head of Delegate Sales to lead a team of six sales executives selling delegate tickets. The Head of Delegate sales will lead by example when managing, targeted on their own induvial revenue target selling delegate tickets as well as the team target overall. Pitching to senior decision makers, the Head of Delegate Sales will assist the team in closing sales deals as well as managing their own sales process. The successful Head of Delegate sales will lean on their previous experience selling delegate tickets and as a result, will enjoy excellent, uncapped earning potential (40k OTE in the first year!)

Requirements: To be a Head of Delegate Sales in this exciting, scaling, and fast–growing company, you must have:

3+ years of B2B delegate sales experience

1+ years of managing B2B salespeople.

Experience in selling delegate tickets is essential.
