A multi–award winning regional firm are looking for a proactive insolvency Partner to join their successful corporate team in Buckinghamshire.

The Insolvency Partner's Role

The successful Insolvency Partner will take a leading role in the dispute resolution team on a range of insolvency matters at all stages of the insolvency process, these will include negotiating voluntary arrangements, administration and exit strategies.

The Insolvency partner work with a diverse and exciting client base as well as have a key interest in bringing new clients to the business either through their existing client base or through business development.

The Insolvency Lawyer:

• Qualified lawyer (E&W or Common Law jurisdiction)
• Proven track record in insolvency
• A client following is desirable
• Strong academics
• Long–term team vision
• Experience of delegating and supervising juniors
• Commercially aware
