The What

As an HR Business Partner here at Hollywood Bowl Group, you'll be on the road four to five days of the week supporting the centres in your two regions (South East & South Coast), working in partnership with Regional Support Managers, Centre Managers and the People team.

Partnering with key stakeholders, you will lead and drive internal development, succession planning, training and organisation change to ensure talented and engaged teams, thriving with potential. You will be a creator of positive energy, leading and implementing our people initiatives through effective coaching and role modelling.

To be successful as an HR Business Partner, you'll be:

  • Industry experience in multi–site HR operations in leisure, hospitality, or retail sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of a broad range of HR policies/practices.
  • Flexibility to operate on broad policy level as well as detailed case management level.
  • Strong commercial awareness as well as technical expertise.
  • Excellent relationship and rapport building ability with people in all areas of a business.
  • Resilient with a proactive focus on improving sustainable business performance through a people–focussed approach.
  • Excellent communication, strong influencing skills and the ability to influence, getting buy in through others.
  • Dynamic and uses methodical thinking skills to analyse, decide, prioritise, and plan, managing several programmes/projects at the same time.
  • Can balance short term requirements with long term objectives to achieve people and commercial goals.
  • Flexible with the ability to manage multiple and complex tasks.
  • Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent and HR qualification preferred, but not essential.
