What s important to us as Head of Supply Chain and Logistics Recruitment?

• Experience of recruiting permanent senior, managerial and technical roles into the shipping & freight/logistics/supply chain sector
• Experience managing the day to day activity of a team of recruitment consultants
• Great attitude, positive and enthusiastic
• Excellent market knowledge with an ability to build excellent client relationships
• As we work a 4.5–day week, ability to focus on productivity levels rather than hours worked
