Interim Head of Organisational Development (NHS Band 8B)
My client, a large NHS Trust is looking for a Band 8D Interim Head of Organisational Development to join their well established team to manage a diverse L & OD portfolio for 4–6 months.
This role has very flexible/hybrid working options
Reporting to the Director of Workforce this is a key role in the Workforce Functions senior leadership team and will manage and develop a team to deliver the following workstreams of the People Plan.
