High level of HVAC sales industry background or renewables ideally managing teams in some or more of the following sales channels – Consultant Specification sales, Contractors sales, Major M&E and Key End User sales.

The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market leading manufacturer of sustainable and renewable HVAC solutions that is looking for a unique Regional Sales Director to lead a their Sales Channels Division regionally comprising of the following sales verticals / route to market; Consultant Sales, Contractor Sales, Major M&E and Key End User. This opportunity has arisen due to exponential sales growth and vertical team expansion by focusing their sales strategy around decarbonisation and facilitating companies on their transition to Net Zero.

  • 60k – 65k Basic Salary

Experience Required

You must be a sales management level candidate ideally working within the HVAC industry or within the renewable sector that has a deep understanding of the industry and all the rapid changes that it is going through in terms of government legislation, funding and incentives in the construction and refurbishment of both commercial and multi residential buildings. You must have a background of creating impressive sales growth through effective deployment of sales strategies, people and budget management. You must have an entrepreneurial approach, be flexible and adaptable in a fast–paced corporate environment. The regional vertically aligned sales teams are well established and high performing, so it is imperative that you are able to quickly assimilate the corporate dynamic to maximise sales performance. Above all you must have a genuine passion and desire to be part of a company that is making a real difference to the UK's net zero carbon drive.
