Create and annually review risk assessments for all work equipment and operations across the site as required, and ensure safe systems of work are in place, including updating COSHH risk assessments.
Ensure the fire safety management system is being managed, documentation is being completed by all departments, and follow up on quarterly fire safety audits across the site.
Conduct internal H&S, food safety, and fire safety audits and report on performance to management teams on site, to provide a safe environment for our employees, members, and guests.
Liaise with HoDs to ensure statutory compliance is always achieved across the site, and there are structured plans and processes in place to maintain high standards.
Work with the Estates team to ensure compliance documentation for equipment and structure are maintained and available for inspection when required.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to produce concise reports and action plans.
Be proactive, have good organisational skills, and work independently as well as part of a team.
