In-House Lawyer - Senior Commercial Lawyer

Your new company
Based in Liverpool, this company has won several contracts holding agreements with the majority of clients in their target sector. With a busy workload and increased number of client and supplier contracts, a permanent commercial lawyer is needed to support this exciting phase of the company's growth.

Your new role
You will join an established in-house legal team as legal counsel, providing commercial legal advice across the group. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and re-negotiating a range of contracts including data processing agreements, confidentiality agreements, procurement contracts, outsourcing arrangements and leases. You will work closely with the General Counsel, support and line manage a small team and will be expected to take the lead on certain projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with commercial contracts experience gained either in practice or in house. You will need to work well under pressure and confidently be able to build relationships in a business facing role.
