We have an exciting opportunity for an interim Senior HR Business Partner! You'll be working with a leading Online Games company to cover a period of maternity leave.
Reporting to the Lead HRBP you will be responsible for providing a highly pragmatic, commercially focused and person–led HR business partnership to Leaders and Managers. You will work collaboratively and creatively with key stakeholders to drive the recruitment, development, engagement and progression of employees so that they are perfectly placed to contribute to the growth agenda and success of the business.

This is a hybrid role for a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave and is due to start early 2023. The salary is up to 80k DOE.

- Talent Management
- Talent Acquisition and On–boarding
- Performance Management and Reward
- Acting as Head of Employee Experience working closely with the CPO
- Design and Deliver initiatives that enhance Employee Experience
- Collaborating with the Head of Learning and Development and Reward in the development of strong leadership and management capability
