Multiple Opportunities for Commercial Property Locums, Remote, 5+ years - This busy Local Government organisation is looking for Locum Solicitors to join them for a period of circa 4 months commencing ASAP.
JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum Lawyer PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years LOCATION: Remote / London HOURLY RATE: £30 - £40
THE ROLE: Exciting multiples opportunities for Commercial Property Locums to join a local government organisation. This role requires experienced Solicitors to have strong understanding of Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters, have previous local government experience. The caseload will predominantly comprise Commercial landlord and tenant matters, alongside more general sale and purchase issues.
THE CANDIDATE: The organisation welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors with 5+ years PQE, who have a strong knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Property law, with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters. Thus, it is crucial to note that applications without landlord and tenant knowledge will not be considered.
